Illinois Statutes Chapter 730. Corrections § 5/3-10-10. Assistance to Committed Persons

§ 3-10-10. Assistance to Committed Persons.

A person committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice shall be furnished with staff assistance in the exercise of any rights and privileges granted him under this Code. Such person shall be informed of his right to assistance by his staff counselor or other staff member.
