Illinois Statutes Chapter 730. Corrections § 205/2-15. Federal facilities

<Text of section added effective January 1, 2025.>

§ 2-15. Federal facilities. The State Board of Elections shall request each agency that operates a federal facility in this State that incarcerates persons convicted of a criminal offense to provide the State Board of Elections with a report that includes the information listed in subsection (a) of Section 2-10.
