§ 45-90. Attendance of witnesses; production of documents; contempt. Any circuit court, upon application either of the person requesting a hearing or of the Department, may require the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant documents before the Department in any hearing relating to the refusal or revocation of licenses. The refusal or neglect to obey the order of the court compelling the attendance or production is punishable as in other cases of contempt.
