Illinois Statutes Chapter 730. Corrections § 175/45-40. Background investigations; license applicants

§ 45-40. Background investigations; license applicants. For the purposes of background investigations authorized under this Act, “license applicant” means the operator or person with direct responsibility for daily operation of the secure residential youth care facility to be licensed.
