§ 45-105. Closure order. Whenever the Department expressly finds that the continued operation of a secure residential youth care facility jeopardizes the health, safety, or welfare of youth served by the facility, the Department shall issue an order of closure directing that the operation of the facility terminate immediately and, if applicable, shall initiate revocation proceedings under Section 45-80 within 10 working days. A facility closed under this Section may not operate during the pendency of any proceeding for the judicial review of the decision of the Department to issue an order of closure or to revoke or refuse to renew the license except under court order.
