Illinois Statutes Chapter 730. Corrections § 120/14. Confidentiality of files

§ 14. All files of the Program regarding a client shall be confidential. Access to such files shall be limited to personnel of the Program, personnel of the court which required the client's participation in the Program, the county Adult Probation Department and other persons and entities to whom the Board may by rule grant such access.
