Illinois Statutes Chapter 725. Criminal Procedure § 5/114-13.5. Evidence deposition; elder abuse

§ 114-13.5. Evidence deposition; elder abuse. In a prosecution for abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of an eligible adult as defined in the Adult Protective Services Act, the eligible adult may give testimony in the form of an evidence deposition and not be required to appear in court to testify.
