Illinois Statutes Chapter 725. Criminal Procedure § 5/102-23. Person with a moderate intellectual disability

§ 102-23. “Person with a moderate intellectual disability” means a person whose intelligence quotient is between 41 and 55 and who does not suffer from significant mental illness to the extent that the person's ability to exercise rational judgment is impaired.
