§ 27. In addition to the supervisory duties set forth in Sections 25 and 26, the pretrial services agency shall continuously monitor the conduct and circumstances of supervised persons before trial and submit reports to the court, defendant and defendant's attorney of record, and prosecuting officer whenever:
(a) Apparent violations of other conditions imposed by the court under the uniform release order have occurred; or
(b) Modification of the uniform release order and conditions thereof are deemed in the best interests of either the accused or the community.
