§ 23. Pretrial services agencies shall have primary responsibility for reporting non-compliance by interviewees with the terms and conditions of pretrial release specified in the uniform release order entered under Section 22, including but not limited to appearances as required for later court proceedings and the commission of new offenses as evidenced by the filing of formal charges.
