§ 16. Pretrial services agencies interviewing arrested persons shall submit a report of their information and findings to the court in all cases where the individual remains in custody at the completion of the verification process, and in such additional cases where the agency believes that additional or modified conditions are appropriate and shall be imposed on earlier release orders.
