Illinois Statutes Chapter 720. Criminal Offenses § 5/28-9. Prosecution by information

§ 28-9. At the option of the prosecuting attorney any prosecution under this Article may be commenced by an information as defined in Section 102-12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963.  1
