§ 1. There is hereby created the office of reporter of decisions. The reporter of decisions and such assistants and other personnel as may be necessary shall be appointed by the Supreme Court to serve at its pleasure. The salary of the reporter of decisions and his assistants shall be fixed from time to time by order of the Supreme Court, and no person employed pursuant to this Section shall have any interest in or derive any income, directly or indirectly, from the reporting, publication and sale of the opinions of the Supreme and Appellate Courts other than the salary hereinbefore provided.
