§ 6.5. Court of Claims Administration and Grant Fund. The Court of Claims may accept monetary gifts and grants from any source for any purpose necessary or desirable in the exercise of its powers or the administration of its duties upon such terms and conditions as may be in the grant or gift. There is created in the State treasury the Court of Claims Administration and Grant Fund. All moneys received under this Section shall be deposited into the Fund. Subject to appropriation by the General Assembly, moneys in the Fund may be used by the Court of Claims only for the purposes intended under the gift or grant and any associated administrative expenses.
