Illinois Statutes Chapter 705. Courts § 505/26. Full accord and satisfaction; set-off

§ 26. The granting of an award under this Act shall constitute full accord and satisfaction. There shall be but one satisfaction of any claim or cause of action and any recovery awarded by the court shall be subject to the right of set-off.
