§ 2-10.1. Whenever a minor is placed in shelter care with the Department or a licensed child welfare agency in accordance with Section 2-10, the Department or agency, as appropriate, shall prepare and file with the court within 45 days of placement under Section 2-10 a case plan which complies with the federal Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980 1 and is consistent with the health, safety and best interests of the minor.
For the purposes of this Act, “case plan” and “service plan” shall have the same meaning.
