§ 1a. Driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, and Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card lists. Driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, and Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card holder's lists used for the preparation of jury lists, as provided in Section 1 of this Act, shall be furnished to either the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, or the county board of each county, except those counties which have jury commissioners as provided in the Jury Commission Act, 1 by the Secretary of State from records in his office. The lists shall contain a list of the persons in that county holding valid driver's licenses, Illinois Identification Cards, or Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Cards who are 18 years of age or older and shall be arranged alphabetically, by county, and shall contain the name, age, and address of each driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, or Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card holder on the list, and the date of issuance of each license.
