§ 55. Judicial review. Any party may obtain a judicial review of a final order or decision of the Commission in the circuit court of Cook County only under and in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted under that Law. The circuit court shall take judicial notice of all the rules of practice and procedure of the Commission.
