§ 30. Relocation assistance. The Commission shall provide relocation assistance to persons and entities displaced by the Commission's acquisition of property and improvement of the District. Relocation assistance shall not be less than provided under the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and the regulations under that Act, including the eligibility criteria. Relocation assistance may include assistance with the moving of a residential unit to a new location. The Commission shall establish a single point of contact for all relocation assistance under this Section.
