Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 920/2. Form of proposition; result of election

§ 2. The proposition shall be substantially in the following form:

“Shall there be organized a tuber-

culosis sanitarium district in accor-

dance with the order of the circuit

YES

court of ․․․ county, dated (insert

date), to be known as (insert

here the name of the proposed dis-

trict as entered in the order of the

court) and described as follows: (In-

sert description of proposed dis-

NO

trict as entered in the order of the

circuit court).”

A statement of the result of such referendum in each district shall be entered of record in the court, and if a majority of the votes cast in any district upon such question is found to be in favor of the organization of such tuberculosis sanitarium district, such tuberculosis sanitarium district shall thenceforth be deemed an organized tuberculosis sanitarium district under this Act.
