§ 6.06. Any party may obtain a judicial review of final orders or decision of the Commission in the circuit court of the county in which the property involved in such proceeding is situated, or if such property is situated in more than one county, then of any one of such counties, only under and in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, 1 and all existing and future amendments and modifications thereof, and the rules now or hereafter adopted pursuant thereto. Such circuit court shall take judicial notice of all the rules of practice and procedure of the Commission.
