§ 22. Any person, desiring to donate property for the benefit of a hospital, constructed or to be constructed under this Act, may vest title to the property so donated in the board of directors created under this Act, and the Board of Directors shall hold and control the property so received and accepted according to the terms of the deed, gift or legacy of the property, and shall be a trustee of the property and shall take title to all property it may acquire in the name of the District and shall control such property for the purposes provided in this Act.
