Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 905/1. Territory; town or road districts

§ 1. Any town, or two or more adjacent towns in a county under township organization, or any road district, or two or more road districts in a county not under township organization, may be organized into a public health district, provided that the total population to be served by such public health district is not less than 75,000. Any town or road district may become a part of an existing public health district.
