§ 30. Small projects. In any case where the total overall cost of the project is estimated to be less than $12,000,000, the forest preserve or conservation district may combine the two-phase procedure for selection described in Section 25 into one combined step, provided that all the requirements of evaluation are performed in accordance with Section 25.
