§ 8.4. Rules and regulations governing construction. All codes, rules, and regulations which govern land use, construction, and alteration of buildings, structures, parts, and appurtenances thereof adopted by the county board of the county in which the district is located shall apply to all construction projects on property owned by the district. The codes, rules, and regulations of any other unit of local government, other than a county, in which the affected district property is located do not apply to construction projects on property owned by the district.
