§ 18.7. The holder of any bond or coupon of any bond issued under Sections 18.1 through 18.10 of this Act may proceed by civil action or proceeding to compel performance of all duties required by Sections 18.1 through 18.10 of this Act respecting the facility or facilities for which such bond or coupon was issued. This shall include the duties of establishing and collecting sufficient rates or charges for the use of the recreational facilities constructed, equipped, acquired, extended or improved in whole or in part with the proceeds of such bond so held and issued for the purposes herein specified, and the application of the revenue thereof as provided in Sections 18.1 through 18.10 of this Act.
