§ 50. Contracts for construction. A request for any construction contract of more than $10,000 by the District must be submitted for approval to the county board of the county in which the district is situated. The county board has 30 calendar days to approve the construction contract. If the county board does not approve or disapprove the construction contract within 30 calendar days after the receipt of such request, the request shall be deemed approved.
