Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 705/26. Technical rescue services

§ 26. Technical rescue services. A fire protection district may fix, charge, and collect reasonable fees for technical rescue services provided by the district. The total amount collected may not exceed the reasonable cost of providing the technical rescue services and may include charges for personnel and equipment costs.
