§ 7-7. Hearing on Report. Any owner of land in the proposed subdistrict or any other district or municipal corporation made a party defendant may, at or prior to the time fixed for hearing file objections to the report, or to any portion thereof, or request that the report be modified in any particular and, after filing such objections or request, may be heard with reference thereto and introduce evidence in support thereof.
