Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 605/7-11. Powers and Duties of Commissioners and Other Officers

§ 7-11. Powers and Duties of Commissioners and Other Officers. The commissioners and other officers of the subdistrict shall have the same powers and duties as are provided in this Act for the commissioners and other officers of main districts, but they shall keep a separate record of their acts and doings affecting the subdistrict. The funds of the subdistrict shall not be commingled with the funds of the main district or any other subdistrict.
