Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 605/4-23. Objections--Hearing

§ 4-23. Objections--Hearing. Any landowner in the district or other party defendant may, at or prior to the time fixed for hearing, file objections to the petition, or any portion thereof, or request that the petition be modified in any particular and, after filing such objections or request for modification, may be heard with reference thereto and introduce evidence in support thereof.
