§ 3-8. Findings and Determinations by the Court. If the court finds that the petition has not been signed as required by Section 3-3 or that the petition does not otherwise fulfill the requirements of Section 3-3, it shall dismiss the petition at the petitioners' costs. If the court determines that the petition has been properly signed and otherwise fulfills the requirements of Section 3-3, it shall find for the petitioners.
