§ 12-10. Penalty for failure or refusal of commissioner to perform duties--Removal from office. Any commissioner appointed under the provisions of this Act who wilfully fails or refuses to perform any duty imposed upon him by this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Any fines collected under this Section shall be paid over to the district.
Conviction under this Section is cause for removal from office.
