§ 11-7. Hearing on Petition--Appeals. At such hearing all persons interested shall have the right to appear and be heard. The court may approve or disapprove the contract or, with the consent of the parties to the contract, may modify it. Separate or joint appeals may be taken from the final order of the court as in other civil cases.
