Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 605/10-3. Abandonment of Work in Subdistricts and Minor Subdistricts

§ 10-3. Abandonment of Work in Subdistricts and Minor Subdistricts. The work or a portion of the work of a subdistrict or a minor subdistrict may be abandoned in like manner and with like effect as work in a main district.
