§ 12. Change of name. Whenever an ordinance shall be adopted by the Board of Commissioners of said Authority by a two-thirds vote of the membership to change the name of such Authority, a certified copy of such ordinance shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk of the County wherein such Authority or any portion thereof is located and thereupon such change of name of such Authority shall be effective.
