Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 3715/25. Leased property; water and sewer system

§ 25. If it leases its property for residential or business purposes, to construct, and operate a water distribution and sewage system, require the use thereof and make reasonable charges therefor to such residents and businesses.
