Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 3705/23b. Revenue bonds for acquisition, construction, maintenance and operation of sewerage properties

§ 23b. In order to pay the cost of the acquisition or construction, maintenance and operation of such sewerage properties, the board of trustees of such water district is authorized to issue and sell additional revenue bonds which shall be payable solely from the income and revenue derived from the operation of such sewerage properties. The procedure for the issuance of such bonds shall be the same as the procedure provided for by this Act for the issuance of revenue bonds for waterworks properties.
