§ 4.15. Revolving door prohibition. No Director, Service Board director or member, former Director, or former Service Board director or member shall, during his or her term and for a period of one year immediately after the end of his or her term, engage in business dealings with, knowingly accept employment from, or receive compensation or fees for services from the Regional Transportation Authority, the Suburban Bus Board, the Commuter Rail Board or the Chicago Transit Board. This prohibition shall not apply to any business dealings engaged in by the Director or Service Board director or member in the course of his or her official duties or responsibilities as a Director or Service Board director or member.
