Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 3615/3B.06. Compensation

§ 3B.06. Compensation. The Chairman of the Commuter Rail Board shall receive an annual salary of $25,000. Other members of the Commuter Rail Board shall receive an annual salary of $15,000. Each member shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his duties.

Officers of the Division shall not be required to comply with the requirements of “An Act requiring certain custodians of public monies to file and publish statements of the receipts and disbursements thereof”, approved June 24, 1919, as now or hereafter amended.  1
