§ 3B.01. Commuter Rail Division. There is established within the Authority the Commuter Rail Division as the operating division responsible for providing public transportation by commuter rail. Purchase of service agreements between a transportation agency and the Authority in effect on the effective date of this amendatory Act shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms of such agreement. Such agreements shall first be the responsibility of the Transition Board and, on the date of its creation, shall become the responsibility of the Commuter Rail Division and its Board.
