Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 3605/9b. Compliance by Authority with requirements imposed upon Service Board

§ 9b. The Authority shall comply with the requirements imposed upon a Service Board in Sections 4.09(d) and 4.11 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act  1 and with the requirements of Section 2.11 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act. 2 The Authority shall present evidence that it has complied with Section 27a of this Act to the Regional Transportation Authority.
