Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 3010/9. Proceedings to compel performance of duties

§ 9. The holder of any bond issued under this Act, or of any coupon representing interest accrued thereon, by a proper civil action, may compel the officials of the sanitary district issuing the bonds to perform all duties imposed upon them by the provisions of this Act, including the making and collection of sufficient charges or rates for that purpose and the application of the revenue from the sewerage system.
