§ 1-2. Whenever the voters of a sanitary district created under “An Act to create sanitary districts in certain localities, to drain and protect the same from overflow for sanitary purposes and to provide for sewage disposal”, approved May 17, 1907, as now or hereafter amended, 1 vote as provided in Sections 29 through 29.3 of that Act 2 to dissolve that district and to create a new district under this Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply to and govern the new district. The boundaries of the new district shall be the same as those of the old district.
