Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 2805/26k. Improvements or extensions; bonds

§ 26k. Whenever a district owns and operates a drainage system, whether purchased or constructed under this Act, and desires to construct improvements or extensions thereto, it may issue revenue bonds under this Act to pay for that construction. The procedure for that issuance, including the fixing of rates and the computation of the amount thereof, shall be the same as is provided in this Act for the issuance of bonds for the purchase or construction of a drainage system by a sanitary district.
