§ 4.2a. There is created a Department of Human Resources for the district, the executive officer of which is the Director of Human Resources, hereinafter in this Act called the Director. Any person appointed as the Director shall have previously served in a responsible executive capacity requiring knowledge of and experience in human resources management to a degree commensurate with that required in the human resources administration of the district.
