§ 304. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tract of land and the tract is annexed to the District.
THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32 AND OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 32: THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 33, FOR A DISTANCE OF 111.37 FEET TO A POINT IN THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE ELGIN, JOLIET AND EASTERN RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY, FOR A PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 33 FOR A DISTANCE OF 1,208.29 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33 FOR A DISTANCE OF 1,291. 45 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF SUTTON ROAD; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF PUBLIC HIGHWAY KNOWN AS SUTTON ROAD, TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID CENTER LINE OF SUTTON ROAD WITH THE NORTH LINE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE ILLINOIS STATE ROUTE 72, AS NOW LOCATED; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF STATE ROUTE 72 TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF RIGHT OF WAY OF THE ELGIN, JOLIET AND EASTERN RAILWAY AND THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST LINE OF THE RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY, TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
