§ 286. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land that are annexed to the District:

Parcel 1:

The Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian (except the South 66 feet thereof conveyed to Chicago District Pipeline Company, a corporation by deed recorded as document 14832873 and except the North 49.50 feet of the South 115.5 of the East 660.0 feet thereof, conveyed to Chicago District Pipeline Company, a corporation, by deed recorded on September 3, 1958 as document 17306418).

Parcel 2:

The South 66 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.

Parcel 3:

The South 66 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.

Parcel 4:

That part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County, Illinois, described as follows: commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northeast quarter; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 17 seconds West along the North line of said Northeast quarter a distance of 604.04 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 1209.86 feet to an iron rod on the North line of the South 115.50 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes 25 seconds West along last said North line a distance of 720.22 feet to an iron rod on the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15; thence North 00 degrees 58 minutes 21 seconds West along last said West line a distance of 1209.41 feet to an iron rod being the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15; thence North 89 degrees 11 minutes 17 seconds East along the North line of said Northeast quarter a distance of 720.22 feet to the point of beginning, containing 20.00 acres.
