§ 276. District enlarged. As of the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1995, the corporate limits of
the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended so as
to embrace and include within those corporate limits the following territory and tracts
of land situated in Cook County, Illinois:
LOTS 1 THROUGH 12 AND ALL RIGHT-OF-WAY, BOTH INCLUSIVE IN CASTLE WOODS ESTATE, A RESUBDIVISION
OF PART OF LOT 18 IN COUNTY CLERK'S DIVISION IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE
9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS.
OF THAT PART OF LOT 18 IN COUNTY CLERK'S DIVISION OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH,
RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT
THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 18 IN THE CENTER OF HIGHWAY: THENCE SOUTH 43
DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST 1178.0 FEET: THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 30 MINUTES EAST 1454.0
FEET TO STONE: THENCE NORTH 38 MINUTES EAST 539.5 FEET TO CENTER OF HIGHWAY AND THENCE
ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID HIGHWAY NORTH 65 DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST 738.0 FEET TO THE
PLACE OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT THE EASTERLY 4 ACRES OF SAID PREMISES THE WESTERLY LINE
OF SAID 4 ACRES BEING PARALLEL WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF THAT PART OF LOT 18 HEREINBEFORE
DESCRIBED: ALSO EXCEPT THAT PART OF LOT 18 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 18 IN THE CENTER LINE OF HIGHWAY: THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY
ALONG SAID CENTER LINE OF SAID HIGHWAY, 72.9 FEET: THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY PARALLEL
WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 18, 930.0 FEET: THENCE NORTHWESTERLY PARALLEL
WITH SAID CENTER LINE OF HIGHWAY: 72.9 FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 18:
THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 18, 930.0 FEET TO THE PLACE
OF BEGINNING, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
