§ 110. District enlarged. As of July 1, 1947, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows:
That part of the South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section 34, Township 37 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian lying South of a line drawn from a point on the East line of said South East quarter of the South East quarter 1070 feet North of the South East corner thereof to a point on the West line of said South East quarter of the South East quarter 1198.52 feet North of the South West corner of the South East quarter of the South East quarter of said Section 34, and the South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section 34, Township 37 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, all in the Township of Worth, County of Cook and State of Illinois, commonly known as Lincoln Manor West Subdivision, as per plat recorded as Document No. 13832071.
